Program Description: SUNY Plattsburgh is home to a vibrant community of renowned teachers and nationally recognized scholars, dedicated to engaging students and helping them to succeed. SUNY Plattsburgh offers scholarships to every accepted international student. We award scholarships based on a student's academic merit (high school average or transfer GPA), student type (Freshman or Transfer), and country of permanent residence.
